Ensure Notifications for Outlook are set to Sounds and Badge - IOS iPhone iPad

Step 1: Please open settings:

Step 2: Please choose "Notifications":

Step 3: please scroll down to find "Outlook" in the list:

Step 4: Please ensure that "Allow Notifications" is set to On, that "Time Sensitive Notifications" are set to ON, as well that "Sounds", and "Badges" are both turned on.
