Changing your PIN / Passcode - IOS devices
Upon receiving your device we highly recommend chaning your PIN / Passcode used to unlock the device.
Please follow the steps below to change your PIN / Passcode:
Step 1: Please open the settings app:
Step 2: From the settings app please scroll down to find "Face ID & Passcode":
Step 3: Please enter your current PIN / Passcode and press Done when complete:
If you may not remember your passcode / PIN please reach out to ITSupport.Bwalk.com and the support team would be more than happy to help!
Step 4: Please press "Change Passcode":
Step 5: Please enter your current PIN / Passcode again:
Step 6: Please enter your new password, please make sure it is 6 digits or longer, and is something you can remember:
Step 7: please verify your new passcode / PIN:
After these steps your Passcode / PIN should now be reset.
