GlobalProtect with MFA/Microsoft Authenticator
Microsoft has changed the supported methods for MFA prompts that come from our VPN application, so there’s been some changes to the MFA process in GlobalProtect.
The Approve/Deny push notifications in Microsoft Authenticator are no longer are supported, and we need to use the 6-digit code from within the Microsoft Authenticator app. SMS should still be supported. Resolution #1 - Sign Out of GlobalProtect session:
Resolution #2 - Refresh GlobalProtect Connection:
If any of these methods are unable to get you connected, please submit a ticket to desktop support ticket for assistance at https://itsupport.bwalk.com
